In a video released on social media, four-star Chase Williams from Corona (Calif.) Eleanor Roosevelt committed to Nebraska over USC, UCLA and Arizona State. Rumors swirled that Nebraska could get a commit today, but Williams denied it earlier.

"You were right," Williams said. "I couldn't let anything out. I am a Husker."

Williams was in Lincoln, Neb. last weekend for the spring game. Williams wouldn't rate the visit, but gave a glowing review to his visit to Nebraska. Williams says that there was a comfort level on the visit that made the decision right for him.

"It just felt comfortable at Nebraska. It felt like a place that I could call home."

Last weekend Nebraska landed Brendan Radley-Hiles. Williams, who is rated as a four-star wide receiver by Rivals.com, is being recruited by the Huskers to play in the secondary.

"Nebraska sees me playing field side cornerback," Williams said. "I am comfortable playing either position. You need to be able to play both, but Nebraska sees me field side."
