The Big 12 Conference has been considered the top wide receiver conference in college football over the last few seasons. However with names like Dez Bryant, Kerry Meier, Desmond Briscoe and Jordan Shipley long gone, 2010 will be somewhat of a rebuilding year at the position across the league.
