Huskers land commit No. 13
Nebraska added a key piece to its 2017 recruiting class in the form of Miami (Fla.) Booker T. Washington defensive end Guy Thomas.
The 6-foot-3, 205-pound Thomas is ranked as a four-star prospect and considered the No. 15 weakside defensive end in the nation.
Thomas made his announcement official on Twitter Monday evening.
The Huskers now have 13 total commits for 2017, including three prospects from the Sunshine state. Thomas picked Nebraska over offers from Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Florida State, Miami, Michigan, Missouri and several others.
