The Nebraska football team is not wasting any time building for the future. The Huskers landed verbal commitment No. 3 for their class of 2018 from four-star Augustus (Calif.) Hawkins athlete Eric Fuller.

The commitment comes somewhat as a surprise, as Fuller made his announcement via Twitter on Wednesday.

Fuller is tightly connected to NU's new secondary coach Donte Williams. He joins Beatrice athlete Cameron Jurgens and York defensive tackle Masry Mapieu as committed members of the Huskers 2018 recruiting class.
