Terrance Nunn really excited about Nebraska

Huskers Illustrated had the opportunity to touch bases with Nebraska Husker verbal commitment Terrence Nunn and his mother yesterday.
"Terrence is having a great time his senior year," Terrence's mother, Arlene, said. "He's doing very well staying focused on his studies. He made honor role this year. We are very proud of our son."

Terrance's mother is convinced that her son is doing exactly the right thing by going to Nebraska.
"We think it's a great opportunity for Terrance to grow up and have a positive experience," Arlene Nunn said. "When our friends ask us about Terrence and we tell them that Terrence will be going to Nebraska - people's eyes just light up!"
The whole family, less one brother that couldn't make it, went to Lincoln for the Oklahoma State Game.
"We all really loved the town and the people that live there are really nice," Arlene Nunn said. "The whole environment was just great. We had gone on unofficial visits to other schools, but none of them measured up to the experience that we had at Lincoln."
Terrence is also quite popular at his school.
"Terrence is nominated for homecoming king this weekend, so things are very interesting around here."
Terrance Nunn's team has not been having the year as expected.
"This year our team has had a kind of rough year," Terrence said. "We're 1-6. I have had 20 receptions for 200 yards. We play rival Cy Springs this weekend."
When asked if he was able to enjoy the season despite the tough breaks on the field, Terrence replied, "Yes sir, I am enjoying my senior year. I took my SAT last week and I feel like I did real well. I am really excited about going to Nebraska next year, but doing what's in front of me and enjoying my time this year as well."
All of Nebraska is excited to have this top three-star rated wide receiver going to Nebraska next summer.
