Play 40 minutes
1

Nebraska was finally able to put together a solid first half offensively in Wednesday's win over Alcorn State. Problem was, they couldn't keep it up in the second half. For some reason, the Huskers haven't been able to put together a full 40 minutes this season, and there's no denying that's the No. 1 goal for this team today.
Pressure the ball
2

Part of Nebraska's success against ASU was it's defensive pressure, as it forced a season-high 17 turnovers by the Braves, including seven steals from senior guard Lance Jeter, which were one shy of the school record for a game. With the problems NU has had generating offense at times, getting a few extra points off turnovers would be a huge help as the season rolls along.
Use your size

Texas Christian isn't the biggest team out there, and Nebraska could definitely take advantage of its height against the Horned Frogs. While Diaz has been effective when he gets the ball down low, one could argue the Huskers haven't utilized their big men nearly as well as expected coming into the year. If there were a game to get the inside game going, this would be it.

Senior guard Lance Jeter on TCU:

"They have good guards who can do damage, and that's something our team and Coach (Sadler) noticed right away. We have to come ready to practice these next two days. TCU has our attention. This is going to be a good game and we want a good, quality home win."
Head coach Doc Sadler on Nebraska's first- and second-half inconsistencies:

"We reversed ends (of the court to shoot) in practice for the last couple of days. We shot it better in the first half (against Alcorn State), and in the second half, we shot it like we did in the first half in the other games. Maybe we can petition to get the rules changed where we can just play on that one end the whole game."

Nebraska 73-65
