Dawgs make a move for Debose

One of the most electric prospects in the country visited the University of Georgia over the weekend. Rivals100 athlete Andre Debose visited Athens for the first time and the Dawgs had their chance to impress this Florida playmaker.

"I got up to Georgia around 8am on Friday morning," said Debose. "We got up about 1am and drove up to Georgia. I slept most of the way, so it wasn't that bad of a drive."

"I got there and I ate breakfast before meeting Tony Wilson. I spent a lot of the day with him and I attended class with him on Friday. That was a good experience and college class is a lot different than high school. It is all about taking a lot of notes and it was nice to see."

"Later on in the day, I got to see the campus, then they showed me around the academic center, the facilities, and things like that. I got to see a lot on Friday."

After getting a little rest Friday night, Debose was back out, but he returned a little too late.

"I wanted to see the Dawg Walk, but I got there a little too late for that. I went inside the stadium, watched the game, and then I met with a couple of the coaches."

"I really liked how Georgia played. There offense is very balanced and I like that. They don't run or pass too much, but they balance it out. I was really impressed with their defense and how hard they play. They play hard and they have a strong team."

"After the game, I talked to the wide receivers coach (John Eason) for about 30 minutes. He went over the depth charts with me, he showed me who would be there next year if I decided to go there, and he told me how I would have a legitimate shot at playing next year as a freshman."
