Is four-star narrowing things down?
Four-star offensive lineman Michael Philipp (6-3, 320, 5.1) from San Bernardino (Calif.) Arroyo Valley has offers from every school in the Pac 10, except USC, and with Colorado, he has a total of 10 scholies on his table. The million dollar question for many recruitneks that follow the Pac 10 is, has Philipp narrowed things down yet and does he have any top college choices?
"I don't have any favorite schools at this time," Philipp said. "I'm thinking about narrowing things down. I think about it every day and I am doing research. I'm talking to my family members and coaches so I'm still working on it."
On the recruiting trail, Philipp has taken three unofficial visits to Stanford, UCLA and Arizona.
"I liked Stanford," Philipp said. "I like Jim Harbaugh and the new coaching staff. I think this season they are going to win a lot of games this season. I also like the campus, it is beautiful."
"UCLA went good," Philipp said. "I was there with Stanley Hasiak. We watched a little bit of the camp that was going on then we took a full tour of the campus and UCLA is a beautiful school also."
"Arizona also went good," Philipp said. "I went there for their spring game. I went and saw my brother Hans Philipp, who plays defensive tackle for them."
