Jackson focused on National Championship

During his almost four year career as a member of the University of Kansas basketball program, Darnell Jackson has seen just about all there is to see. From being suspended as a sophomore for nine games, to seeing his mother struggle from injuries suffered in Las Vegas after being hit by a drunk driver, to seeing his grandmother pass away from the same accident and just this season, Jackson's cousin was shot and killed towards the end of the regular season. However, through it all, Jackson has emerged as one of the most productive players on a team headed to the Final Four.

During Tuesdays media session in Allen Fieldhouse talking about the balance of this particular team. In all, four players, Brandon Rush (13.1), Darrell Arthur (12.7), Mario Chalmers (12.7) and Jackson (11.2) average double-figures in scoring.
