Big 12 title rematch

After an uninspired showing against Nebraska, the Kansas Jayhawks (30-3, 13-3) came out with an extra step in their bounce against Texas A&M (24-10, 8-8) in the second of two semifinal contests in the Big 12 tournament. Brandon Rush had a career high 28 points to lead KU over the Aggies for the second time in a week, this time 77-71. A late basket by Russell Robinson on a poor A&M defensive switch sealed the game for Kansas.

The match-up everyone has been waiting for is now set, as the Jayhawks will take on Texas, the top seed in the conference tournament, on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. CST.
