White 'most likely' returning

MORGANTOWN--The chance of 2008 Heisman Trophy candidate Pat White returning to the fold for his senior season appears likely.

Meeting with media Thursday, White was asked whether the departure of Rich Rodriguez as his football coach will impact his decision to turn pro. Earlier, a former NFL executive told West Virginia Sports Report that White and Darius Reynaud would have the best chances on this year's team to be selected on the first day of April's National Football League draft. Both would go as receivers.

"Will it be a factor? I don't think I'm going anywhere. I've got another year. Most likely, I'm 99.999 percent sure I'll be back," said the two-time Big East offensive player of the year.
