Kansas State set to face Florida A&M

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas State coach Frank Martin earlier in the week made it clear: With the Big 12 schedule looming, it will be crucial for the young Wildcats to continue to grow during the final five non-conference games. Coming off a needed marquee win against California, newcomers assessed the strides of the squad while looking ahead to their matchup against Florida A&M at the Sprint Center on Monday.



"It's very important we finish the non-conference out strong," freshman forward Ron Anderson said. "It'll give us confidence when we get in close games. We'll be used to it. We've played in close games and in overtime games so far. We just have to keep getting better."
