Visits upcoming for Williams

With the season over for Denton (TX) Ryan DE Josh Williams, recruiting has become his number one priority. Over the past few weeks, he has not only spent time on the phone with schools, but he has also welcomed different schools into his home.

This past weekend, with the news out of Lincoln, Williams said that he knew recruiting had changed. He said that he wasn't sure where things may go from here, but he knew that the next few weeks would be the biggest challenge in his recruitment.

Through the whole thing, Williams has been talking with friends that he met when they all committed to the Cornhuskers. Williams added while the three have been trying to figure out what to do from here, he has made another friend who is trying to help him make the decision easier.

Williams has also been talking a lot with Missouri coach Bruce Walker. The two have become good friends over the past month and Williams added that he has enjoyed getting to know the Missouri coach.

This past weekend, Williams watched as Missouri beat Kansas 36-28. He said that he was impressed not only with the outcome, but also with how good the defense was against a strong team.

Williams said that he would have liked to be in San Antonio this weekend to watch the Tigers in person, but with a visit scheduled, it wouldn't be possible. Over the next few weeks, his final visits should help him figure out exactly where he will end up.
