MADISON, Wis.-With the start of the University of Wisconsin football team at 2-0 heading into week 3, it's time for the popular weekly feature: The Hot 11. The third installment of the season is based on momentum and individual play during Saturday's win over UNLV. As we continue with this list on a week-to-week basis, one bad game won't move a player off, but it could cause a player to slide down the board as new players start to emerge.

He's outperformed the competition in both Wisconsin wins and drilled field goals from 27 and 51 yards against UNLV, the latter into the desert wind. Mehlhaff leads the Big Ten with five touchbacks and gives UW a distinct advantage in almost every game on the schedule in his final season as a Badger.
Though he didn't see the end zone, Hill's numbers were up from last week, as he rushed 30 times for 147 yards in the Las Vegas heat. Hill was a workhorse, and was spelled for only two rushing plays by freshman Zach Brown (2 carries, 19 yards). Named UW's Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.
Graham stays put after catching his second career touchdown pass against UNLV. The status of Andy Crooks is still not certain for week 3, but the UW coaching staff knows they have someone who can play effectively.
