Up close with freshman running back Roy Helu

With fall camp coming to a close, has gone up close with each of the newcomers in Nebraska's 2007 recruiting class.

With the season starting this weekend, we finish up our features with former three-star running back Roy Helu to get his thoughts and perspectives on how fall camp went with the season opener around the corner. Helu talks about what has challenged him with the offense and what has been the biggest difference between living in Lincoln and California.

What's the biggest difference between playing in high school and then going to a college practice?

"Well, the intensity has been a lot harder than high school, but our coaches have helped all the freshman get acclimated. I'm just learning the offense right now. I'm trying to get it down and see what happens before the (first) game."

Where did you want to be at the end of fall camp?

"I wanted to impress a lot of people and I'm not sure if that's happened, but that's what I've tried my hardest to do. I tried to leave a mark so I could get on the roster. That's all up to the coaches, but I've tried to do that."
