Two decisions still loom for Norwin WR

North Huntingdon (PA) Norwin wide receiver Mike Shanahan currently holds 10 offers, which is a pretty average number for a player in the summer before his senior season. The difference with Shanahan is that only seven of those offers are for football.

"West Virginia, Akron, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Stanford, Vanderbilt, and Duke have offered me for football," Shanahan, 6'5" 205, told the Pantherlair recently. "Air Force, Lehigh, and Akron have offered me for basketball."

So, while all players with scholarship offers have to make the decision of which school to attend, Shanahan's recruiting process is compounded with the added choice of which sport to play. Thus far, he's non-committal on both fronts.
