DeChellis, Lions look to add talented guard

After suffering through a dreadful 2006-2007 Penn State men's basketball season, Nittany Lions' fans knew some changes would need to come this off-season if next year is going to be successful.

With the additions of two highly-touted high school recruits - pure point guard, Talor Battle from Albany, N.Y., and shooting guard Jeff Brooks out of Louisville, Ky. - fans have at least had a few reasons to hope for a better season next November.

Well, an exciting extra reason just might present itself today when the Nittany Lions hope to dip into the JUCO pool for a game-breaking player.

Adeola Dagunduro, a 6-foot-5, 195 pound wing player from Antelope Valley College in Lancaster, Calif., could potentially add his name to the Lions' roster when the late signing period for basketball begins tomorrow morning.

Dagunduro said that although he hasn't made his decision yet, it's narrowed down to just Penn State and Nebraska.
