New Bulldog kicker ends season with good numbers

The Bulldogs knew they needed to add depth to the kicking game going into the season and picked up a commitment from Warren Central's Eric Richards, a player who can do it all. Here is how he finished his high school career, in addition to how State's commitments that are left in the playoffs fared last week.

"My punt average was 44.5," he said. "I kicked off and all but four or five were in the end zone. All my extra points were good except for two. They were blocked.

"My field goals, I was 8-12. My long was 47."

While he has yet to set up an official visit, the State coaches have been in contact about an in-home visit.
