Grading the Tide: LSU 28, Alabama 14

BOL provides a weekly report card for the Alabama football team during the 2006 season. Here's a look at how we graded the Crimson Tide in Saturday night's 28-14 loss to the LSU Tigers.

Quarterback

[db]John Parker Wilson[db]'s 291 passing yards were the most surrendered by the LSU defense this season. In fact, the Tigers hadn't given up more than 231 total yards in a game before Saturday night. Wilson finished the game with career highs in completions (22 on 35 attempts) and yards. Perfectly thrown balls to [db]Kenneth Darby[/db] (29-yard TD in first quarter) and [db]DJ Hall[/db] (41 yards in second quarter) highlighted Wilson's performance.
