Massaquoi ready to step up
Sophomore wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi made the leap from backup receiver to starter by the end of his freshman season and by the end of the year he was the second leading receiver for Georgia with 38 catches, 505 yards receiving and two touchdowns. This season has been a year of struggles for both Massaquoi and the Georgia receiving core.
Through the first five games, Massaquoi has only five catches for 70 yards though he did not play in the UAB game because of a hamstring injury.
