Grading the Tigers vs. New Mexico

Quarterback

It seemed as if Chase Daniel was worse than he was because of just how good he has been the first two weeks. Daniel still completed more than two-thirds of his passes and should have had more if it weren't for drops. He made an awful decision on the interception and looked like he was trying to force a few more into coverage. He wasn't great, but wasn't awful by any means.

Final Grade: C

Tailbacks

Without the fumble in the end zone, this is a no-brainer. But you can't just erase that play. Tony Temple ran really tough all night. He really sent a message to everyone. He looks like the back everyone thought Missouri was getting. Earl Goldsmith looks like he just might have earned the second-string job as well. Jimmy Jackson did not play and Marcus Woods did absolutely nothing when he was in the game.

Final Grade: B
