Hog secondary turning the corner

This time a year ago, Arkansas cornerbacks were in a bad place. There was talent, no doubt, but understanding of the defense, confidence and moral were low. Things appear to have changed.

Since the spring, the corners have been playing on another level. It's like a light went off in their heads, and juniors Matterral Richardson and Chris Houston are leading the pack. Houston has had great success defending every wideout on the team - including star junior Marcus Monk. Houston is more focused and more disciplined. He has probably improved as much as any player at Arkansas in the last year.
