Thomas recovering nicely

Cornerback Terrell Thomas tore ligaments in his right knee against Arkansas in 2005 and sat out the rest of the season.

After his surgery the 6-foot-1 junior out of Rancho Cucamonga has spent the majority of his time rehabbing the repaired knee. USCFootball.com talked to Thomas after Tuesday's workout regarding his recovery progress.

"I am feeling real good," Thomas said after the one hour workout session. "I am finally getting comfortable with my knee, I am about 95%, just working on my healing process and recovery."

Terrell has been attending all of the team workouts with strength and conditioning Coach Carlisle as well as the player-only senior practices. As of now he is able to run without his brace and looks good making his cuts.
