Touted Jones commits to Clemson Saturday

The commitment train rolls on for the Clemson Tigers, as on Saturday the Tiger coaching staff landed its first verbal commit for the 2008 recruiting class in Blythewood wide receiver Marquan Jones.

Jones' pledge, as first reported by Tigerillustrated.com, is the second in as many days for the Tigers, as on Friday Lake City four-star rated linebacker Scotty Cooper committed to wide receivers coach and recruiter Dabo Swinney.
