Blue in control

Before the University of Wisconsin extended a scholarship offer to Cedar Hill, Texas, cornerback Anthony Blue at the end of last week, the 5-foot-10 1/2, 172 pound prospect knew about the Badgers' program and its running tradition.

Well, the virtual UW program that is.

You see, while playing versions of the EA Sports video game NCAA Football, Blue first found out about the Badgers because of his desire to control running backs in the game. Aware of the Badgers running strength in the game, Blue said he used Brian Calhoun in the latest version of the game while playing with Anthony Davis a year earlier.

Blue said his latest offer brings his total to five along with Baylor, Houston, San Diego State and Tulane.
