Another shot at Alabama






The last time Arkansas beat Alabama, the Razorback starting quarterback was Mitch Mustain, the head coach was Houston Nutt and the offensive coordinator was Gus Malzahn. They stood across from Alabama head coach Mike Shula, not Nick Saban.

A few off-season bumps in the road were smoothed out and everything was positive in Razorback country at the time. Everyone knows what happened after that season, but that's another story for another day.

The last time Arkansas beat Alabama, 24-23 in double-overtime way back in 2007. Even then the Alabama defense was stingy, limiting the Hogs to just 269 yards of total offense. Take away Darren McFadden's 125 yards...
