After Mizzou missed out on four Show-Me State stars in the 2011 class, in-state efforts needed to be addressed. While they may not measure up to the 2011 group in terms of star power, the in-state pipeline has plenty in store over the next few years. Norman's teammate and fellow 2013 prospect Austin Ruder is also drawing attention from several Division One schools. The 6-foot-2 shooting guard says his biggest strengths are being a good shooter, strong defender, and playing with a high basketball IQ. He shot 52 percent from three-point range as a sophomore before missing Nixa's final five games with mononucleosis.
