Beavers see a little bit of everything on day 10

There wasn't supposed to be rain today, but those inside Reser saw a little bit of everything on Monday as the Beavers hit the turf for day 10 of spring drills. The team didn't let the hail, rain and sun damper their mood though as they continued to work on perfecting the playbook.

So many people have been asking for a look at who is lining up with the first team and second team, but with all of the injuries and people sitting out, it is really tough to tell right now. The silver lining is that a lot of new faces are seeing substantial reps which will only help depth in the future.

I spent a lot of time watching the offensive and defensive fronts and from the looks of things Coach Cav was not a happy camper. Midway through practice the linemen were seen doing the dreaded bear crawls on the far side of Reser, which usually only means one thing…Cav wasn't happy with what he was seeing. Former Beaver Alex Linnenkohl was in attendance today helping coach the line.
