MT Lands Big Time Transfer

It's not often a 6'2 200 pound safety runs a benches 375 pounds, holds an 11 foot broad jump, and runs a 4.31 40 yard dash. But this rare athlete is exactly what Middle Tennessee landed when Jajuan Harley decided to join the Blue Raiders.

After attending his hometown school, Florida State, Harley felt like his time was up in Tallahassee, "I thought I needed a new start and a new beginning." Arkansas, Illinois, and Southern Mississippi all offered Harley this opportunity, but he didn't feel like they were the right fit.
But he did find the right fit in Middle Tennessee who offered him a fresh start and a coach who was willing to give players a second chance to help them grow as a man.

Harley was impressed with how Coach Stockstill handled the Dwight Dasher situation and realized that he would be able to spread his wings with the help of the Blue Raider coaching staff.

The four star player from Rickards High School (FL) was ranked the 12th best safety in 2009 by Rivals.com and will be eligible to play for the Blue Raiders in 2012.
