Butler beats K-State at its own game

SALT LAKE CITY -- The formula was proven. Clamp down with defense. Attack the boards. Force turnovers. Score in the open court. Play physical. Hit timely 3-pointers. Kansas State rolled into the NCAA Tournament's West Regional finals by applying those principles in its three previous tournament games. They sat on the edge of the Final Four, just one win over Butler away from going to Indianapolis. Just follow the formula, and it would mean an historic victory.
