Robinson makes first A&M visit since commitment

In the middle of April, Texas A&M received a commitment from a somewhat unknown defensive lineman in Ivan Robinson. The 6-foot-4, 260-pound defender from Longville (LA) South Beauregard attended a junior day in Aggieland and pulled the trigger on a commitment a few days later.

However, it did not stop other schools from pursuing the ultra-athletic defensive lineman. Last weekend, the Rivals250 prospect unofficially visited Ole Miss for their game against LSU and came away open to the idea of entertaining other schools. Robinson had not been back to the A&M campus since his commitment, but that changed on Thursday as he watched one of the most exciting college football games of the year. Though the Aggies fell 49-39 to No. 3-ranked Texas, they left everyone talking about how talented a team they are. Robinson was impressed as well.
