Crick sees something special at Kansas

Having been born and raised in Nebraska, Jared Crick has always dreamed about playing for the Huskers. Because Nebraska is the only major college program in the state and because there is not a professional franchise in the area, football isn't simply a sport, but a way of life.

When Crick received an offer from the Huskers, many believed that he would jump on board. However, Kansas joins Nebraska at the top of Crick's list.

Crick, a 6-foot-6, 245-pound strongside defensive end/offensive guard from Cozad (NE) High School, also has offers from Colorado State, Iowa State and Ohio.
