Imperial's Matt May getting plenty of looks

Very rarely will you find a Division I prospect in the Mountain Time Zone in the state of Nebraska as accomplished as Imperial (Neb.) Chase County safety Matt May.

May has gotten as much recruiting attention in the month of May as any Western Nebraska prospect in the last few years. As a junior, May led Chase County to the Class C-1 state championship game by rushing for 1700 yards and 27 touchdowns.

Over the past month, both Ohio defensive coordinator Jimmy Burrow and Colorado State assistant coach Steve Standard both found their way to the small Western Nebraska town to evaluate May, and the Kansas State coaching staff also regularly emails him.
