It's a little daunting come out with a one point win at home against a Horizon League team and only score 50 doing it. But the team actually did look good. I thought that they had good shot selection and got decent shots. I liked the way they got the ball inside in the first half. Even if you don't score on a short hook shot inside, for instance, at least you are putting pressure on the defense and giving yourself a better chance to get back on defense.
This team is very limited, but if they play smart, they might be fun to watch.

This is the style of basketball the team is going to have to play to have a chance at any success. Limit the other teams possessions by shortening the game, rebound like crazy, and limit TO's. Need to keep the game in the 50's or 60's to have a shot!
