Come on brother. Why did you have to do that? I'm a husker fan just like you. Why belittle me as a husker fan? I wish you a good nite brother.

Maybe its more I know the truth about you sir. Don't get offended that society uses the term "gay". It's cool man. Gay does not = homosexual anymore. Move on.

o!, I see your occupation is in c.s. for Prime Therapeutics. How is it you are not on the City Planning Board? Your pride in our city may actually surpass mine. I think Omaha and the Royals are missing a great oppurtunity by not playing downtown. Why don't they play down there, charge 5 bucks to get in and give them free parking? I've heard the free parking would never work because everyone else has to pay and it would be unfair etc. I'm a CU basketball season ticket holder and could care less if Royals baseball fans get free parking. Heck, it would be good for the city! We more traffic than ever downtown a family of four could get into the game for twenty bucks, get a dog and soda, watch a few innings or more and then head down to the bridge and walk around. Plus, imagine downtown now on the fourth of July! I could go on but i just think we're missing the boat on this one. Anyway, keep up the good work! I always enjoy your posts. coyotekid

I agree oz, sorry for just now noticing I have a comment. As a kid, I loved my hometown, but I was always so dissapointed that we never did anything to improve or bring in good paying jobs. They never even would try! But since the early 1990's one thing after another is giving people here more and more confidence that Omaha can and is becoming a Class-A city. It is awesome to be where I was, to what I have been able to see now!

I love how you are so into the fact that omaha is on the rise. I haven't heard about the other 2 highrises. It is nuts to think that Omaha 15 years ago was behind every midwestern city and is now at the forfront. Lets hope the downtown ballpark goes through and we can get the other highrises. We will have one of the best downtownes in the midwest, with a great suburban area and a growing popululation (just think if lincoln is every included within the population area!!!) ozThusker
