December 4, 2008 - This weekend in Upper Marlboro, MD, the DTLR National High School Hoops Festival Presented by Nike will provide hoops fans a rare early season opportunity; not only will some of the most highly recruited high school boys basketball players in America be observable, but student athletes once fitting that bill but have now decided upon their future college home will also be present. Henry A. Wise High School, the event's home, is sure to rock.
