After scouting College Park (Ga.) Banneker defensive back Emmanuel Lartey, Louisville was impressed and offered the three-star prospect a scholarship. This past weekend it was the 5-11, 171-pound Lartey's turn to evaluate the Cardinals' program. He spoke about his impressions upon his return from the official visit.
