Cardinals could get visit from JUCO QB

Eugene Smith, a quarterback from Garden City C.C. (Kan.) is starting to get his name out to Division I programs after two successful junior college seasons. The 6-3, 205-pound, three-star prospect was a first team all-KJCC performer this year after completing 61 percent of his passes and throwing eight touchdown passes. He averaged 216.3 yards a game and led the conference in total yards with 1,633 yards.

"It was good to know that I got rewarded for playing hard all season," Smith told Cardinalsports.com. "I just went out there and played hard all season. I was blessed to get the first team."
