The Golden Gopher football team took a major blow to their 2008 season when it was announced at Tim Brewster's weekly press conference that star sophomore running back Duane Bennett will miss the rest of the season with a knee injury. Bennett was removed from the Gopher victory over Bowling Green early in the fourth quarter after getting hit while he was in the process of catching a pass from Adam Weber.
