Practice Insider: Good & bad from Hill
The Florida Gator football squad held their second practice of the fall on Tuesday afternoon. It was a split up so that the incoming freshmen came out first and practiced for about 45 minutes before the veteran players showed up.
The two units combined and then practiced for a good two hours.
Most of the session was once again spent on positional drills, but some 1-on-1, pass-skel, and 11-on-11 drills were mixed in as well.
This evening's Insider Notebook takes a look at the second day of practice. Included is an update on Percy Harvin's heel, speaking with some of the freshmen and more.
The team was without pads for the second day in a row - making for a mostly uneventful afternoon.
