In September, it appeared that Matt Manninger was in line to receive a Division I football scholarship.

Then came an injury that sidelined the 6-foot-1, 240-pound linebacker out of Omaha (Neb.) Creighton Prep for the last half of his senior season. Though he didn't gain a scholarship, the prospect out of Omaha said he still has the opportunity to fulfill all of his childhood dreams.
