Pitt hosted a large group of prospects this past weekend and received a verbal commitment from one of them. Tight end Justin Virbitsky (6' 4" 250) for Lakeland High School told the coaching staff he wanted to join the Panther program.

Virbitsky told the Pantherlair, "I really enjoyed myself while I was there. I liked the coaches and the facilities. I like everything about it. I just felt comfortable there."
