2009 prospect Tostenson already holds one offer
Omaha (Neb.) Millard South head coach Andy Means only got a taste of Vondrae Tostenson for one game, but everything he saw from the 6-foot-4, 205 pound wide receiver prospect has him hungry for more.
Means said Tostenson went down with a season-ending knee injury in the Patriots first game of the year against Millard North, and the injury will keep him out for basketball season, but there's a chance he'll be back for track this spring.
Tostenson transferred to Millard South last March, after spending three-fourths of his sophomore year at Omaha Creighton Prep and his entire freshman year at Omaha Central.
Even though Tostenson hasn't been able to establish much consistency over his athletic career, Iowa has already seen enough in him to offer an early scholarship. The Hawkeyes offered Tostenson back in September.
