Singleton gives high marks to UK visit
One couldn't blame Chris Singleton for needing a day or two to recover from his official visit to Kentucky.
The four-star Georgia forward's trip to the Bluegrass State was loaded with madness - both of the midnight and historic sports upset variety - as well as a number of other activities that left him buzzing about his experience in Lexington.
Singleton (6-9, 215) arrived in Lexington late Thursday night and joined the UK coaching staff for breakfast early Friday morning. After a bite to eat with Billy Gillispie & Co., he accompanied Wildcat freshman Alex Legion to a class to get a feel for academic side of the school. Friday afternoon brought UK's annual basketball "media day," and Singleton got a peek at the massive press corps that follows the Wildcats as they interviewed players in the Craft Center.
