Williams starting to find comfort on line

SoonerScoop.com Trent Williams surprised everyone by becoming a major factor on the offensive line as a true freshman in 2006. Williams' first start a year ago came when the Sooner traveled to Missouri.
With Missouri headed to Norman SoonerScoop.com writer-at-large Luke Mildren caught up with Williams to talk about the past year of playing and the things that make the big offensive tackle tick.
Q: What did you think about the OU-Texas game? Trent Williams: It was exciting. It lived up to its hype. Texas played probably better than any other game they have played. They picked up to a really good level. Just think if they could play like that all season, it could be scary what they could do.
Q: What is the team's attitude after the win over Texas? Williams: I think it is just a little confidence. Just after we lost to Colorado, it is a little more to build on now.
Q: How do you feel you played against Texas? Williams: I played well I think. I think it was one of my better games this year. I definitely did better than some of my other games.
