One of the most high profile Illini football recruits this season stepped on campus this weekend to take in the Illinois victory over Penn State. 5-foot-11, 181-pound Ft. Washington (Md.) Friendly athlete Lamaar Thomas took his third official visit this weekend, and came away very impressed.

In addition to Illinois, he is also being recruited by Maryland, Ohio State, Boston College and Tennessee.
