Jones letting Cal-Oregon sink in
Rivals100 talent Marvin Jones, one of the most coveted wide receiver prospects in the country, made it to his second consecutive Cal-Oregon game this past Saturday, trekking up to Eugene. The Fontana (Calif.) Etiwanda high school standout was able to check out everything about Oregon, plus see the visiting Bears take the win.
Jones, who has caught 37 balls for 456 yards and 3 scores through five games of his senior season, watched Cal's 45-24 win over Oregon last year in Berkeley. With both the Bears and Ducks running one-two in his recruitment, Jones wanted to make sure he caught the game once again this season.
