Is Keenan Davis the top Iowa junior?

HuskerOnline.com It's September and it's that time in the recruiting cycle for the early offers to be sent out to the top juniors around the country. The top prospect in the state of Iowa for the 2009 class could very well be Cedar Rapids Washington High wide receiver Keenan Davis.
The 6-foot-3, 188-pound athletic, playmaker has garnered two early offers - one from the home-state Hawkeyes, and one from border state traditional power Nebraska.
