Central Ohio linebacker wide open
Every year the Ohio State coaches search from coast-to-coast to find the top players in the nation and recruit them to Columbus. In the class of 2008 the search net was wide enough to go from California to the east coast but in the class of 2009 the Buckeyes might have the opportunity to narrow the search some with many top talents coming up in the state of Ohio.
Junior linebacker Mike Marrow wouldn't have far to go if he decides when his time comes to be a Buckeye. The 6-foot-2, 235-pounder lives in New Albany (Ohio) and has more than an interest in the hometown team.
Even though it is early in the recruiting process for the class of 2009 and for Marrow the talented linebacker has already had a chance to speak with the Ohio State head coach. Marrow already has a verbal offer from in-state Toledo while he has received interest from several other schools including another Big Ten power in Penn State.
