Destrehan wide receiver Tim Molton wrapped up several days at the LSU Tiger Football camp with a scholarship offer once he got home and he didn't take long to accept.

"I actually hurt myself at the camp and I had a doctors appointment at 2:30 and when I came out that is when I received the call from my coach that I had been offered.

"I talked with Coach Porter and he was real excited because I committed."

Molton stands at 6-foot-3, 185-pounds and runs a 4.4 in the 40-yard dash. He finished his junior season with 36 receptions for 608 yards and eight touchdowns.

"I have been wanting to go there because I really didnt want to leave home and that was my dream to go to LSU," Molton said.
